We use a selection of courier partners to transport our shipments.

On occasions, it may be possible to track the progress of consignments.

Kinds of information we need to know are:

• Date of purchase
• Method of purchase, ie: phone, card, Paypal, BACS, etc.
• Your location, ie: GB mainland, British Isles, Europe, International, etc.
